Teriyaki Chicken



Teriyaki Chicken
 

Ingredients:

Sauce:
1 C. Soy Sauce
½ C. brown sugar
Dash garlic salt or powdered ginger root or ¼ to ½ tsp. ginger
chopped onion
Let set ½ hour

Soak chicken in Soy Sauce (overnight in fridge or 2 hours)
   (Thighs - thighs & legs - breasts & strips)
Remove and broil or bake at 400° for 20 minutes each side (underside first)
Layer in roasting oven or baking pan
Pour Teriyaki Sauce over chicken and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
